Sew Much More is owned and operated by Malissia Pulczinski, a sole proprietor doing business as Sew Much More, in Apache Junction, Arizona ("Sew Much More," "I," "me," or "my"). This policy explains what information I collect when you visit apachealterations.com, fill out a form, book an appointment, or text with me, and how that information is used and protected.

Information I collect

• Contact details you give me, such as your name, phone number and email address.
• Job details you share, such as your garment, the alterations you need, your event or wedding date, measurements, and photos you send of your piece.
• Appointment and payment records, such as booking times, quotes, invoices and payment status. Card payments are handled by a secure third-party payment processor through a payment link. I never see or store your full card number.
• Basic website data, such as browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar tools that help the site work.

How I use your information

• To answer your questions and give you a quote
• To schedule fittings, drop-offs and pickups, and send reminders about them
• To send payment links, receipts and agreements related to your job
• To let you know when your piece is ready and follow up after pickup
• To send occasional offers or updates, only if you have agreed to receive them
• To run and improve my business and website

Text messaging (SMS)

If you give me your mobile number and check the box agreeing to receive texts, I may send you text messages about your inquiry, quote, appointments, payments, order status and follow-up. If you separately agree to marketing texts, I may also send occasional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

How your information is shared

I do not sell or rent your personal information. I share it only with service providers that help me run my business, such as my scheduling and messaging software, email provider and payment processor, and only as needed for them to provide those services. I may also disclose information if required by law. As stated above, your mobile number and text messaging consent are never shared with anyone for their own marketing.

How long I keep it

I keep your information for as long as it's needed to serve you, honor my work guarantee, and keep business and tax records, and then delete it or keep it securely.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts.
• Use the unsubscribe link in any email to stop receiving emails.
• Email me to ask what information I have about you, or to ask me to correct or delete it.

Security

I use reasonable measures to protect your information, including secure, password-protected software and secure payment links. No system is perfectly secure, but I take care with what you share with me.

Children

My website and text messages are not directed to children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect their information online. For sewing lessons or other services for minors, I work with a parent or guardian.

Changes to this policy

I may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed.
