By agreeing to these terms, customers acknowledge these risks and agree that the boutique is not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during the course of a fitting or use of our facilities, except as expressly provided by law.

Wedding Gown Fittings: Expert pinning and tailoring for bridal gowns, including hems, bustles, and bodice adjustments.

Formalwear Hems: Flat-rate hemming for Prom, Homecoming, and Evening Gowns based on layer count and fabric complexity.

Suit & Tuxedo Tailoring: Professional adjustments for jackets, dress shirts, and trousers to ensure a modern, fitted look.

Turnaround Guarantee: We strive for a 1-week turnaround on most formalwear, with custom bridal additions requiring longer lead times as discussed.

Online Resources: Preparation guides and policy reviews available through our website to support your fitting journey.

Reservation and Scheduling: Services can be booked online through our website or by contacting our studio directly at our Mesa, AZ location by calling or texting us. We require booking in advance to secure your preferred time slots, as availability is limited. Payment and Refund Policy

Payment Methods and Fees

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience, including major credit cards, debit cards, and secure online payments.

Booking Deposits: To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required ($75 for Bridal, $50 for Formalwear). This deposit will be applied toward your final alteration total.

Service Fees: Fees for our tailoring services are clearly listed or estimated during consultations. Specific rates for specialty fabrics or intricate designs are subject to change based on the actual labor required.

Refund Policy

Cancellations and Refunds for Services: We do not provide refunds for booking deposits or completed tailoring services. No-shows or cancellations with less than 48-hours notice may forfeit the deposit.

Refunds for Products: Any retail products purchased (e.g., accessories) can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided they are in their original, unused condition.

User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

Our boutique strives to maintain a respectful, safe, and enjoyable environment for all our clients and staff. To ensure this, we require all users of our services and facilities to adhere to the following code of conduct:

Respect and Courtesy

All clients and guests are expected to treat each other, the staff, and the studio facilities with respect and courtesy at all times.

Disruptive behavior, including but not limited to harassment, abusive language, and physical aggression, will not be tolerated.

Safety and Equipment Use

Safety must be a priority during fittings where pins and sharp tools are in use.

Please follow all guidelines and instructions provided by our staff regarding the use of fitting pedestals and garment handling.

Misuse of equipment or failure to adhere to safety protocols may result in immediate termination of service without a refund.

Prohibited Activities The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of service without refund:

The use of the facilities while intoxicated or on drugs.

Vandalism or deliberate damage to the studio or tailoring equipment.

Unauthorized commercial activities within the boutique.

Any illegal activities or conduct that violates federal, state, or local laws.

Limitation of Liability and Risk Acknowledgment

Risk Acknowledgment

Tailoring, as a physical activity involving precise measurements and sharp implements, comes with inherent risks.

When participating in any fitting or practice session, clients acknowledge and accept these risks, including but not limited to personal injury (such as minor pin pricks) or accidental damage to belongings.

Personal Responsibility

Clients must follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by our staff and are responsible for their own actions and well-being.

Shoes & Undergarments

Accuracy of hems is dependent on the footwear provided during the fitting. If a client changes their shoe height after the hem has been pinned or cut, any necessary adjustments will be treated as a new service and charged accordingly. Quotes and fittings are based on the client’s physical measurements at the time of the initial fitting.

Weight Fluctuation

Significant weight gain or loss may require additional labor beyond the original estimate, which will result in additional fees.

Final Approval

Once the garment is picked up and the final balance is paid, the service is considered complete and accepted. We are not responsible for any damage or fit issues discovered after the garment has left our premises.

Abandoned Property & Final Payment

All balances must be paid in full upon the completion of the final fitting or at the time of pickup, whichever occurs first.

Unpaid Balances: Any garment with an outstanding balance that remains unpaid for more than 45 days past the scheduled completion date will be considered abandoned.

Failure to Pickup: Any garment (paid or unpaid) that is not picked up within 45 days of the final completion notification will be considered abandoned.

Ownership Transfer: Upon the 46th day, ownership of the abandoned property legally transfers to the boutique. We reserve the right to sell, donate, or dispose of the garment to recover the costs of labor, materials, and storage. The client forfeits any deposits or partial payments previously made.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our boutique, including its owners and employees, shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from participation in any service provided.

This applies to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Intellectual Property

Ownership of Materials and Content

All materials, including but not limited to instructional guides, graphics, logos, and trademarks provided by us are the exclusive property of the boutique.

User-Generated Content

We may allow clients to share their own content, such as reviews or photos of their final fit, on our social media channels.

By generating content, clients grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display such content in any media for marketing purposes.

Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services for any client without prior notice for a breach of these Terms of Service.

Termination by Client: Clients wishing to discontinue services should contact us at least 7 days before their next scheduled fitting to formalize their decision.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States.

Any litigation against the boutique may only be commenced in the federal or state courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona
